Wow, looks like the commericalization of this tech is already happening. Now that the open source versions of this are avaiable.. I wonder if the market is ripe for in-store appilcations or airports, supermarkets, sporting events.. etc.

The round, the largest in the company’s history, was co-led by new investors D. E. Shaw group and Menlo Ventures, and included participation from previous investors Mobius Venture Capital, Thomas Weisel Venture Partners and Worldview Technology Partners. The company produces interactive displays that project vivid messages — from advertisers including AOL, Coca-Cola, DirecTV, Sprint and Visa — on a particular square space on the floor. Redwood City, Calif.-based Reactrix said that it will use the proceeds to expand its network of more than 160 malls and theaters.
